Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Hyacinth Sweets & Treats Ltd. Co. We want to ensure a delightful experience for each of our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for information on order processing, delivery, and potential delays.
Order Processing
Due to the high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. However, please be assured that we process all orders in the sequence they are received, and our team is working diligently to ensure prompt processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Days
We ship all orders from Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays, excluding custom cakes. During peak times, we extend our shipping days to Thursday and Friday to accomodate a high volume of orders.
Delivery Address
We can only deliver shipments to a street address within the United States. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, and we will not be responsible for such situations. Additional charges may apply for reshipment and/or relabeling due to address errors.
Late Deliveries
In the event of late deliveries due to business closures or unavailability of the recipient, shipping charges will not be refunded. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Holiday Season and Sale Days
During peak Holiday seasons (November through February) and sale days, orders will be processed in the order they are placed. If you have specific delivery date requests, please communicate them to us via email at support@hyasweets.com.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to the high volume that couriers may experience during the year. However, we assure you that we will take every measure to deliver your orders promptly and safely to your doorstep.
