Allergy or Dietary Restrictions

We understand that some customers may have allergies or dietary restrictions that require extra attention. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our products, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. 

Our baked goods may contain common allergens like dairy, eggs, wheat, flour, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and all types of nut products, as well as strawberries and all types of berries.

While we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. 

 

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Any damages during shipping or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours for shipped goods and within 2 hours for pick-up / drop-off orders with photographic proof emailed to support@hyasweets.com. We will review each claim and take appropriate action, which may include providing a replacement, refund, or credit. Failure to report any issues within the specified time frame may result in rejection of your claim.

Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept any exchanges for perishable goods. All sales are final, and we appreciate your understanding that we cannot resell items that have been previously sold and returned. 

 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final, and we want to ensure that you receive the freshest and most delicious baked goods every time you order from us. 

Cancellations

Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel your order. While we will make every effort to honor your request, we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order is in process.
